Advice to Senior Management
talk to workers more often
Pros

Cons
They don't care about your life. You are just a number
Pros
Free food on Break and discounts on occaision, nice and easy to get along peeps
Cons
training sucks there's no orientation you gotta learn mostly by watching other team members and stuff.
Advice to Senior Management
work on training new employees
Pros
I was well-trained (online & in-store) and included training for not only Mcdonalds but also for other customer service jobs and food handling.
Cons
Employees do not give respect for your time to train them and make it a good learning environment. Also, employees did not listen to their evaluations I did or take any constructive criticism due to me being younger than them. There is also a languagr barrier if you are not fluent in McDonalds.
Advice to Senior Management
Promote teamwork and constructive advice on Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value. Also, try to emphasize Quality an Service over Speediness.
Pros
the job was easy, 1/2 off food on the day you work, the breaks were nice and the managers were competent
Cons
some of the managers were rude and did not care about the customers they seemed like they hated their job
Advice to Senior Management
none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none none
Pros
Steady pay. Free Clothes. Relatively friendly environment. Decent employers and management. I worked at the McDonald on 41st Street for one and half years. The work was steady and the work load was not unmanageable. I felt well respected by my managers but my co-workers were a bit unhinged. The work place is not always sanitary because there is no full time janitor; instead janitorial duties were rotated among employees.
Cons
Oily skin, night shifts, occasional janitorial duties.
Advice to Senior Management
No complaints.
Pros
Great job experience especially if it's your first job: Customer service, cash handeling, also teahes you how to be responsible.
Cons
You start off working lobby your first days and little by little your put in cashier, you may also be put in kitchen which is definatley not the place to be! Managers there are worster than the shift, swing, or store managers.
Advice to Senior Management
Don't over do your authority! yes your managers but gives you no reason to over work the workers we're all in the same stage we all work in mcdonalds a different color shirt doesnt make you any better than others. Overall be fair! stop with the preferances theres people who go to work and do that WORK! not gossip it's a professional place and your suppose to be the leaders so all shall set a good example not negative appearance.
Pros
Fast upbeat place to work.
Flexible hours.
Cons
No respect.
No gratitude to job well done.
Not treated as an equal by management.
Advice to Senior Management
Managers should focus more on motivating the team then barking orders and putting them down.
Pros
Easy work, easy to get job, very professional management, good pay, very flexible on schedule
Cons
No training, very fast work during peak hours
Advice to Senior Management
Train better, my very first day I was put on grill with literally no training
Pros
Quick Cash. Easy to get hired. Not much to climb the ladder. Minimum educational requirements. Easy work and ok pay.
Cons
LOOOOOONNNGGGG Hours! Pay could be better. Managers salary is 60k! Overtime pays way more. Day shift sucks, but night shift is easy.
Advice to Senior Management
Be more reasonable with the schedule and allow rotating shifts. it gets boring and tedious working the same hours everyday.
