“A good experience”

Pros

Good salary and benefits. Emphasis on training and understanding of importance of it, especially in the IT department.

Emphasis on work and life balance. A lot of vacation and flexible with time off. Management was respectful at all times.

Stimulating work with a lot of variety.

Cons

Often there is not enough respect for working at McDonald's. I also worked there are a teenager and I developed my good work ethic there. To this day I have never worked so hard and taken quite the same pride in a job well done. I was able to return years later and bring that same sense of pride in to a corporate position.
