    Pros

    The team effort is great from everyone. Everyone works together and gets the job done in a quality manner.

    Cons

    The biggest con to working here was the location. Bad neighborhood and rough customers.

    I have been working at McDonald's full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    They gave me the hours I needed. The food discount is nice and the free meal of each shift is nice as well.

    Cons

    Schedules are made last minute.
    Managers do not trust you and makes you feel like you are bothersome, childish or really stupid.
    Coworkers are rude and disrespectful, constantly blaming and yelling at me.

    Respect everyone please and stop blaming and assuming the worse out of the employees.
