“great first job, don't let it be your last”

Pros

it is a great first job it will teach you great people skills for later in life,i loved the people i worked with and the regular customers were great...

Cons

Not equal treatment when promoting people get promoted because of friendships not knowledge or skill

Advice to Senior Management

pay more attention to the front line workers not the swing manager telling them what to do, some managers just want to push their weight around.
