“it can be nice when working as a team”
I have been working at McDonald's full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – we have some incentives and the general idea of the mcdonalds company is very good when the bosses stick to it
Cons – sometimes they promote people by favoritism, so few managers can be not educated enough and not apreciate the crew work
Advice to Senior Management – work with the people that is being loyal the ones who have been staying their for years and if they want to grow and be promoted help them get there, show that experience and being reliable pay off and let the crew that is barely starting see if they really are gonna stay for a certain time before promoting them
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
