    you should work for McDonalds because u get to meet all sorts of new people from all over the place .make themsmile after u serve them a nice hot delious meal. like working fast paced with a wide range of different cultures..

    very fast pace..lots of fun tho. some rastaurants arent big enough so no room to really work. some machines arent working proply, crtain employees need to supervised closely,we are at work not to baby sit

    The managers are hard workers.

    Cons

    They didn't like it when you took days off even when you followed their procedure for doing so. They would hold back giving you hours on the schedule as a revenge for you requesting time off.

    Even though it's a minimum wage job you should still treat your employees with dignity.

    Some of the better reasons to work at mcdonalds include the distance to travel to work is always convenient. I guess you can save some gas money.

    tasty, bad for you food at njormally a great time.

    Cons

    If I were manager, I would have every one of those employees outisde (and inside) picking up trash until the place shone. All Day. Every day that I didn't have a job for them at the moment.
