The best University experience I have had so far as a student. As a worker, the staff support system is excellent!

    Research Associate (Current Employee)
    Montreal, QC (Canada)

ProsLearning and staff development resource is one of the best you can find anywhere. Student life is great.

ConsThere is a visible presence of shrinking resources, and this is affecting the quality delivery system within the number one ranked University in Canada for almost a decade. The will not be sustained if the University's finance is not changed soon.
Closed system, typical of Canadian society. You really don't feel as though you can influence so much change.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind a means to secure more support from the provincial government. Maintain the status of the University as the best to get quality education in Canada.
Build on better student - management relationship. The students are the reason why the place is called a University and their voice should be heard better. So goes for staff-management relationship.
