McGill University Anonymous in Montreal, QC (Canada):   (Past Employee - 2008)

    Pros

The hours are very flexible, the work place is very relaxed, good opportunity to work with fellow students, and enjoyable place to work.

    Cons

Compensation is below average compared to amount of sales done. Chance of a raise are low and the job can be boring with hours of limited customers.

    Advice to Senior Management

Improve employee morale by improving the pay structure and improving the overall store environment. Store systems need to be updated.
