Pros
Amazing teaching assets to help me learn complicated financial problems and gain a better knowledge of financial markets.

The grading scheme is extremely flawed and makes it a competition between students for marks rather than a shared learning experience.

Change the grading scheme to better reflect absolute performance rather than relative performance.

It has a good system for a research

One of the best institutions around the World that offer education in a wide array of disciplines. Truly a place to be.

At times you feel the management asks too much of you and does not remunerate you according to the labor that you put in.

Adjust the salaries of the professors upwards and extend towards them greater support in allowing them to teach in a manner that they find optimal rather than what the hod does.

Very good place to work, great people, good evironment. Benifits and training is really good as well. Very understanding employer and overall very respectful.
Cons
Unless you change departments or wait for someone to retire, there is almost no movement for advancement. Very hard to show your worth when you are not given opprotunity to try something new.

Salary compensation should be greater for people who have experience and university degree. Look at the person not the job ~ pay them what they are worth.
Pros
Abundant academic resources. Supportive professors. Tuition is low
Cons
Low salary, however, Montreal is a cold place.
