    Pros

    I have worked with the company for the last 2.5 years and I have been exposed to all divisions, all levels of management. The management team has long tenure, and are focused on ethics, improvement and growing the business. The company and it's divisions are focused on the people. The culture is one of hard work, but reward and praise for a job well done.
    The stock has performed well over the years, the brand is strong in the marketplace.

    Cons

    Perhaps a bit slow and lengthy in the hiring process.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on doing the job that they are doing.

    Pros

    I don't think its possible to get 25 days paid time off in many places. That was great and the firm was great about encouraging staff to take it. Global firm with great training programs and client opportunities.

    Cons

    Management did not do the best job of rotating staff off of projects that did not provide much opportunities for professional development. The same story with most consulting/client service firms. The staff are simply a piece of inventory used to make revenue. It was my feeling that you wanted from your career was of little concern to management.

    Advice to Management

    Attempt to work with your employees and rotate them off jobs that are simply revenue generating yet provide little to no professional development.

    Pros

    They seem to responsive to moving to the next step. Outside sales recruiters are very good.

    Cons

    You are not told who the decision maker is for any sales management position. Just a heads up, it's the COO believe it or not. There is not a VP of sales, Senior VP of sales or a National Sales Manager. The COO has "veto" power over any applicant.

    Advice to Management

    Save people a lot of time. Have the interview with the COO first.

    Pros

    Considering the size of the company the pay is competitive.

    Cons

    This company needs to replace it's top management. No real decisive leadership just a lot of politically correct conversation that goes no where.

    Advice to Management

    Most of the people that work there are scared to offer constructive criticism, because they are afraid of retaliation. Very often you have allowed good people to be dismissed simply because they had the courage to speak up and tell the truth when asked. Shame on you.

    Pros

    * Good Base Pay
    * Small Company Atmosphere
    * Received extra help when needed in key situation
    * Interesting Work/Industry
    * Decent Benefits ( Explain More In Cons)
    * Generally, good co-workers who care
    * Room for advancement within company as a whole

    Cons

    * Terrible Bonus Plan - So Confusing You Just Sell and Pray You Make Good Money
    * Leaders who have little idea of day to day operations yet set guidelines for daily operation
    * Too many steps in an already complicated process
    * No committment to excellence, too many roadblocks and excuses.
    * Extremely political environment
    * Constant closed door meetings and one on ones
    * CRAZY high turnover rate
    * Expected to do 950 things a day and more with 0 increase in pay
    * Terrible/Non Existent Training
    * INTENSE Micro Managing from all managers, not just your own
    * Expensive Insurance which has gradually gone up since working here

    Advice to Management

    If you want to be successful and foster long term employee's - then become a company of yes rather than no. Force all employees to commit to excellence and keep high standards across ALL departments. Make it easier for sales people to understand how to get paid and reward hard work/excellence/high revenue.
