    Terrible Management in Tempe,Az!!!!

Material Handler (Current Employee) Tempe, AZ

ProsCompensation is good,Business is growing,Fast pace enviorment timesflys by never boring

ConsNever say anything to management cause all employees will know your personal issues,No teamwok,Promotions based on favoritism, Work balance is poor,Keep all issues to your self and you will be fine.

Advice to Senior ManagementI feel that you should treat everyone equal and let employees give feed back they do the process everyday and know what works best sense you don't have a procedure. You need to have a Lead in the warehouse, HR have a one on one with each employee, respect from employees in professional manner not as friend, Hire enough employees so your employees wont be so tired working 12+ hrs

    Extreme pressure, little training

Reimbursement Specialist (Former Employee) Tulsa, OK

ProsVery good benefits, above average compensation

ConsInconsistent training, high pressure, high expectations

Advice to Senior ManagementInvest more time in hands-on training. It's beneficial to the employee and the company to invest time in the employee before expecting complete job knowledge and possible sub-par performance.

    Safe and sterile

    Manager (Former Employee)

    ProsGood work life balance
    Low stress
Typical big company with decent benefit (vacation, healthcare, etc.) and pay.

ConsNot recommend for anyone with any drive or ambition. McKesson is a sea of mediocrity. Extensive measures are taken to bring under performers up to speed while high performers are generally unappreciated and not supported.

Advice to Senior ManagementFocus on promoting talent from within. Good people leave and the mediocre ones rise to the top.
