I worked at McKesson full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good compensation plus bonus plan. Enjoyed the remote plus travel status. In general I would recommend the company.

    Cons

Nothing significant. Yearly reorg meant ever- changing managers. Different business processes in different divisions ( like many big companies). Sometimes no clear direction on career path.

    Advice to Management

Aim to have staff stay with one manager for 2 full review cycles.

    Cons

dysfunctional work environment and several key department heads were not willing to address some of the key challenges created by sales and product.

I worked at McKesson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexible, relaxed position. Good for people who work well independently. Great position which gives opportunity to work from home telephonically and also do field visits.

    Cons

Can get boring and duties are very repetitive. Not much challenge and CHWs do not get much opportunity to advance.

    Advice to Management

Utilize CHW's more out in the field to give valuable resources to the community instead of having us call repeatedly over the phone to people who do not want to answer
