    Pros

    Good atmosphere
    Clear evaluation process
    Growth is encouraged

    Cons

Career path is not clearly outlined, you will have to spend time thinking what to do and is best if you do it early on. On this point, changing your team is possible, but everything comes with a price: you have to start from the beginning which can make your progress run slower.
No senior people in the office means learning useful knowledge for other jobs can be challenging, also means there can be a lack of clear, senior leaders whose steps you can follow.
Depending on which team you join, work life balance can become an issue.

    Advice to Management

Give benefits that more clearly affect employee's satisfaction
Make sure you compensate better those colleagues who must work outside the country at least 20% of the year

  7. Great for first work experience. Lack of long term career advancement

    Pros

-Great Culture: Most people are helpful and bright
-Flexible hours Ability to select projects than interest you
    -Great benefits vs other firms
-Good on resume particularly as a first job experience

    Cons

-Lack of career advancement opportunities, particularly after a couple of years
-Transactional nature of work, which can get frustrating after a while as transition to Senior takes a lot of time.
-Sometimes you'll need to work ridiculous hours, although it is an exception rather than the norm

    Advice to Management

Be more open about the job description and what is really involves.

    Pros

Flexible hours - if you know how to manage your time you are OK, but a lot of people work ridiculous hours
Good benefits - insurance, transport, parties

    Cons

After one year you will not learn anything different, the learning curve peaks
No real career advancement. You might go from junior to senior but all that changes is salary, and not by a lot
    Low salaries
They sell exciting problem solving and high level analysis when in reality it is more of the same, after a year of work

    Advice to Management

Don't sell the work as so exciting and promise so much. There is no delivering and it is clearly a back office job. Stop pretending there is a high level of impact when our work is only a support function.
