    Pros

Classy, top notch place to work. You feel like you're in with the good guys, and the smart guys - if not the cool guys. Fantastic place to learn the toolkit - you will use it for the rest of your career. Analyst --> early EM is a no brainer since you are learning a ton.

Intelligent and helpful colleagues to work with, a ton of resources at consultant's disposal, amazing company culture where everyone is treated equally and your ideas are listened, amazing perks (e.g., all expenses during travel are covered by the firm)

    Cons

Traveling can get exhausting; a local commitment is hard (e.g., if you wanted to take random classes in-town, etc.)
