“Terrible Management, Terrible Pay”
Current Employee – been working at McLanahan's Downtown Market
Pros – They give a good discount to employees
They have convenient locations
The other employees are generally nice and down to earth
Cons – The pay is absolutely awful
None of the employees have had a pay increase in years
The hours are not flexible at all once scheduled
Advice to Senior Management – Give your employees a raise or two over the course of four years' employment
Study your ordering needs more thoroughly so you don't run out of stock during the week
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
