    Pros

    1. If u r Kolkatan, do not have ambition, want to time-pass, can withstand irregular salary then MBE is good place.
    2. Fully Air conditioned Office Bus (But probably the service provider would run away shortly for-nonpayment.

    Cons

    1. Irregular salary since May'13. Employees were not paid Aug'13 salary as on 17-Sep-13. That too with around Rs 4000 Cr order booking.
    2. Misleading CTC break-up. Huge incentive component that employees are not getting since last two years.
    3. Zero increment for FY13-14. Trivial 5% given on last FY.
    4. Job Insecurity as heavy retrenchment took place in the beginning of FY 13-14.
    5. Incapable top management who earn crores sitting at Kolkata but are reasons behind company's as well as employee's downfall

    Advice to Management

Please take responsibilities for all the wrong-doing and quit immediately notwithstanding you people do not have any takers in the industry

    Pros

    Best salary in the segment

    Cons

The company is going through a makeover for the last few months and so the grassroot level employees are under high work pressure. But again once the makeover is complete such problems will vanish through backdoor

    Advice to Management

The decision making should be more impromptu and fast. The decisive authority should apply his experience and intuition to predict the outcome in special cases instead of always depending upon previous databanks
