Pros

There is no upside toworking for Mecachrome. If you are a machining specialist, they do employ some of the most sophisticated machinery anywhere.

Cons

Highly disorganized. People leave at at alarming rate. Higher management micro manages everything, not giving employees a chance to make decisions for themselves.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to lead by example, and actually do what you say. There seems to be a two tier rule system... Rules for the upper echelons and rules for the lower echelons... That system doesn't work. There is no transparency and no one takes responsibility for any action gone wrong.
