    Pros

Convenient Location, ok pay but not great, coworkers are great

    Cons

Management is not skillful. You will hustle through a lot of politics against managers. The company is not managed professionally but rather with old employees. No advancement in positions. Not much advancement in salaries.

    Advice to Management

Organize the company in a better way. Your job is not to troubleshoot or to sell items, there are other people working under you to do this job . Your job is to organize your department with tools they need which is not happening .

    Pros

Few good people to be around.

    Cons

Hell might a better place than this company. First they kill your spirit, then they make you feel like crap and if you survive all that you are just a zombie living paycheck to paycheck. Unemployment is a better choice. AVOID MECHOSYSTEMS AT ALL COST.

They do not close the office even when there is a snow storm. They will deduct it from your time off if you do not come to work even though there is no other way because the trains/buses are not running.

    Pros

This place thought me all the qualities a work place should never have

    Cons

First they will kill your spirit, then they will kill your career. This place is the poster for where you don't want to end up. Owners exhibit complete and utter disrespect to employees. Absolutely no structure in this business. Managers are just given a title, and decisions made, are easily overturn by owners, who doesn't take the time to even listen. Screaming by owners is borderline verbal abuse.

They will make you feel stupid if you don't agree with them. What this company wants is a bunch of "yes" people. Management is completely disconnected from the employees who are all unhappy. The ones left are all looking for a different job and the ones not looking are new and not yet aware of the corrupted culture which they have just joined.

The HR department is controlled by the CFO and offers no protection to employees. They are petty about punching clock, will dock you for five minutes while any overtime that you put in goes unnoticed and unrewarded. Raises are little to none, during reviews they will feed you a bunch of lies which sounds like something from a poorly written script.

What they fail to recognizes is that the very people who work tirelessly to give you their all, you continue to beat them down. What you are left with is a group of people who does the bare minimum to earn a paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Noting, keep doing what you are doing. Why would I offer you advise?, it's much more fun to watch you dig you own hole.

    Advice to Management

FIRE THE SECOND SHIFT SUPERVISORS AND TEAM LEADS AND GET PPL WHO CAN ACTUALLY SPELL THE WORD HIM.

    Pros

Depending on the department you work for, your peers may be the only thing that keeps you going.

    Cons

Poor compensation and bare minimum "benefits" for slave work. Top level management completely out of touch with staff and changes the subject when raises or reviews are mentioned. There's a high turnover rate, near non-existent morale, and an environment where your staff are just punching bags for your customers who deal with production and shipping issues every minute of every day.

    Advice to Management

You've got good, hard workers that have been wearing many hats for ZERO raises in the past 3 years with one foot out the door. Rather than retaining that loyalty, you abuse them until they hit their breaking point. Then you bring in young, unsuspecting fools to feed to the wolves with no training whatsoever causing burden to your angry customers and anyone still collecting a "paycheck" from you. If you expect productivity with lack of resources, expect more revolving door action. Cakes doesn't make overworked employees happy. Recognition doesn't cost money, only effort.

    Pros

The people are great. There are a lot of industry challenges that allow you to get your hands dirty and contribute to solutions in the field. The products continue to develop providing interesting shading solutions to dynamic buildings.

    Cons

Requires thick skin until you prove yourself. Processes take a lot longer than they should, and lack in thoroughness.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing for solid product designs. Work on internal processes to allow for quicker responses and results.
