    Pros

I really enjoy the people, the company has great potential in the marketplace, the work schedule is very flexible, Plano location has really nice new facilities.

    Cons

The communication and cooperation can labored and difficult, the company insurance benefits are lacking compared to other companies of the same size in my opinion.

    Advice to Management

Management should beef up the benefits package, the company needs an overall vision to align the products that have been acquired through multiple mergers and acquisitions in order to present a complimentary product suite that seems less disjointed to the end user... Data synchronization is a big part of making that happen.

    Pros

Great work environment! Lots of good benefits. Laid back work attire unless you are client facing. Some departments are flexible with work schedule. Lots of opportunities to have a few work from home days.

    Cons

You need to move around to different departments to get raises. There is a lot of roles in the company.

    Advice to Management

Support the people who work hard for you. Do not let them leave because of pay or advancement.

    Pros

You will love your peers, they make the company worth working for. Decent PTO Flex-able hours.

    Cons

Lots of management change up over the past year. Lots of policy and procedure changes over the past year. Poor compensation. Terrible insurance. Below avg pay.

    Advice to Management

Recognize the employee's on the front line are the ones driving the improved overal client satisfaction etc. When you see client satisfaction survery's rising one would think they deserve better compensation, especially when these employee's are engaged to help drive the changes and provide idea's on how to improve the overall workflow of the company

    Pros

If you are looking for a company who offers healthcare discounts based on your fitness level, a gym at the office, and rewards charitable involvement, this may be for you. However, look to the cons.

    Cons

Once hired into a position, don't plan on moving out of it or getting promoted. Some roles have a five year wait before you can be promoted - its in the job description. And if someone tells you they are doing market research to get your compensation in line with current market, well don't hold your breath. It could be a couple years before anything comes out of that. You get a fair PTO but if you plan on using it without having to call in "Sick" good luck. But on the bright side the company has a use it or loose it policy for PTO.

    Advice to Management

Listen to you people in "the weeds". Stop making promises you can't keep until you get the resources to make those promises happen. Reward/promote the people you that are doing great work and let the people go that are dead weight so you can actually hire someone who can and will work.

    Pros

Beautiful facility. In-house mini golf course, ability to serve underprivileged with Co. Paid time off, but only from company approved organizations.

    Cons

Not a fair workplace. Expect to be unfairly treated. No management on site. Evaluations are a joke because of co workers discriminative input.

    Advice to Management

Need better dept oversite of aging PLANO staff. Staff not willing to change decades old processes that need to change as technology changes. Unwilling to embrace new ideas and change.

    Pros

Laid-back work environment and employee events

    Cons

Terrible pay (was able to leave for 75 percent pay increase), unstimulating work, little opportunity for advancement, and no skills training

    Advice to Management

Do not sit behind closed door and act like the Godfather. Communicate with employees and don't treat them as expendable.

    Pros

New mgmt starting to make some headway in direction toward better focus on the entire system.

    Cons

Still a bit silo'ed, political, and not willing to hire for need. Most people are over-worked. Processes are defined by people dictating the process, not the people using the process.

    Advice to Management

Hire more people. Use experienced people intended to use the process to define the process.

    Pros

Nice new building, excellent cafeteria, still some sharp, dedicated people left struggling to make this a better place for customers and employees.

    Cons

Enterprise Technology and SCM IT management. I honestly don't think you could find a group of individuals less capable of leading if you tried. They have no concern or interest in employees, and treat them accordingly. They are only interested in expanding their own power, and actively persecute anyone who isn't a yes person or who may be paid more than an entry-level person. Working in either of these groups clearly demonstrates what HR refers to as a "hostile environment", unless you're one of the exceptionally unqualified yes people who have been placed in mid-level management.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of these people before someone actually sues you and you cease to exist. These people have wasted millions of dollars on building up their one egos. Seriously. Open your eyes. Ask employees (the few who haven't been replaced by expendable contractors) what they think in a way where they cannot be punished for their opinions.

    Pros

Nice new building with great cafeteria, great middle management, great location, better than average compensation, good work/ life balance

    Cons

Poor judgment from the c-level senior leadership, fairly new company but old technology, internal struggles caused by to many acquisitions over a short time.

    Advice to Management

Instead of showboating a brand new 4 story building off of Legacy blvd. in Plano worth 10's of millions of dollars the c-level leadership should have considered bringing your datacenters out of the stone age first. Looking forward they should build a financial cushion so if you are hit a poorly performing quarter you don't have to layoff a large swath of your contractors which are performing valuable services for the company.
