    Pros

Nice new building with great cafeteria, great middle management, great location, better than average compensation, good work/ life balance

    Cons

Poor judgment from the c-level senior leadership, fairly new company but old technology, internal struggles caused by to many acquisitions over a short time.

    Advice to Management

Instead of showboating a brand new 4 story building off of Legacy blvd. in Plano worth 10's of millions of dollars the c-level leadership should have considered bringing your datacenters out of the stone age first. Looking forward they should build a financial cushion so if you are hit a poorly performing quarter you don't have to layoff a large swath of your contractors which are performing valuable services for the company.

    Pros

Great home life/work balance.Terrific facility, cafe, workout room, nice open space to work.

    Cons

Very little communication from mgt to workers. Right hand never knew what the left hand was doing. Very cliquey and political sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Better communication with the rank and file. If there's a change in direction of a project, let everyone know so they aren't caught flatfooted when they're told what they've been working on for the past 3 months no longer applies.

    Pros

Decent pay, benefits and holidays. Great cafeteria and building

    Cons

Company has many financial problems and misses financial goals quarterly. Frequent layoffs while upper management still gets bonuses.

    Advice to Management

Consider taking less bonuses and keeping good employees around.

    Pros

Great environment to work in. A lot of small employee events to make you feel company cares. Excellent at. Work life balance

    Cons

Low pay scale overall, a lot of management from old startups are ingrained, with their little castles built around them. Hard to get promoted or change jobs inside. Pay for employee overtime and on all, when you don't pay them you are covering up your true cost of doing business and demoralizing employees like a lot of employers in Texas.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay scale, value older employees and their skillset. Stop reinventing processeses and hiring young people at low cost to make mistake and create well known methodology for common business processes. Cost more in the long run and you loose talent. Just because slavery was legal it did not mean it was right or moral and in the same was, just because Texas laws allow you to make employees work without pay, it is not right or moral.

    Pros

There is a great deal of focus on finding a work/life balance. Company does a good job of living out it's core values. It is generally a very pleasant environment to work in.

    Cons

Very little effort is put into retaining top talent. Raises are hard to come by, so make sure you negotiate well when you get hired, and plan on leaving in a few years if you'd like to see your financial situation improve more than 1-3% annually.

    Pros

Laid back employees, casual dress code

    Cons

This company and CEO is making millions of dollars, but refuses to pay reasonable salaries, give descent raises or provide benefits. The company tells applicants they have good benefits but it's a high deducible HSA that doesn't help at all. You have to all expenses out of pocket so going to the physician costs you $200 or more so you can't visit the doctor often. This isn't right for a company that is in the medical profession.

    Advice to Management

Cut your salaries and bonuses, pay your people market rates and provide good benefits. Doing this would reduce the high turnover rate. Work life balance doesn't make up for everything.
