I worked at MedImmune full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I learned a great deal about the Bio-tech industry, along with how the production side of things work.

    Cons

Too regimented and the people are too introverted for me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to all levels of the company, some of your hardest workers are at the bottom.

I have been working at MedImmune full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay is high compared to similar positions elsewhere. Benefits are sweet - medical/dental/stock options/bonus/401k. Interesting work.

    Cons

The company says there is a career ladder but they would rather hire from outside the company than develop talent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start hiring from within the company and develop talent starting all the way at the bottom.

    Pros

Great people. Dedicated to developing medicines to make patients' lives better

    Cons
