    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at MedImmune full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Local teams of people are great, hard working and understand what they need to do and how to get stuff done to support the scientists.

    Cons

IT re-org being led by AZ is going to end in tears for MedImmune. Poor communication, poor understanding of what people do on the ground, massive cost cutting and moving services to Indian centres and cloud was ok a couple of years ok but things have changed already and once again IT is playing catchup.

    Advice to Management

MedImmune needs to take more of a stand against what AZ is doing to its support services.
