    Pros

    Good training. Great access of all kinds of information through seminars, science fairs and external trainings.

    Cons

    Sometimes the tasks can be a bit repetitive. Inter-functional collaboration can be difficult occasionally

    Everybody works together, great benefits, good company feel, meaningful work, everbody is willing to help one another

    Cons

    Commute is terrible, management sometimes not sure what they're doing, no work life balance

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits for employees. Stable job for groups essential for manufacturing, and potentially other groups.

    Cons

    Favors management and does not value feedback at all levels. Management claim to but do not in practice company values consistently. Owned by Astrazeneca and not all groups at headquarters are treated the same.

    Be true to company values and value feedback at all levels of the organization.
