Pros

It's not a hard job! You just run back and forth from the garage parking cars and returning cars for the customer.

Cons

It's a lot of waiting when it's slow and it can get crazy when it's busy. A lot of running is involved and not much time for breaks.

Advice to Senior Management

The employees really should get a lunch or at least two 15 minute breaks. It is slow at times but that isn't necessarily when you need the breaks. You should be able to spend the time away from the valet station. It would really help the time go by faster also.
