Pros – Competitive salary and benefits for the area. Nice coworkers.
Cons – Presented as relationship sales but definitely not. Required to make 15 calls per day plus lots of administrative work, truly a 50+hour a week job. Company does not have a great training program and management is not cohesive between operations and marketing. As more hospitals employ physicians, the ability to grow or make goal will continue to decline. Hospitals will control the healthcare market.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop a ramp up training for new hires or you will continue to have turnover. Anyone that is promoted into management needs extensive management training. A great sales person doesn't necessarily make a great manager. Center managers and Marketing Managers need to work as a team, hard to do when Marketing reports to someone other than the center manager.
Pros – A good place to get started with your career; always an opportunity to learn something new
Cons – No growth potential unless you are part of the "good old boy"
Advice to Senior Management – Company needs to find a way to bring up employee moral
Pros – Pay is better than hospitals.
Cons – Their patient count is decreasing. Thus, the tech count is decreasing. Multi-modality site techs must do everything. You will burn-out.
Their imaging equipment is old. Some equipment is no longer supported and spare parts are hard to find.
Tight cash flow.
Pros – Benefits, Friendly Environment, Helping People.
Cons – Comute., Hours, Different Shifts, Rotating Shifts.

Pros – Flexible schedule, creative marketing ideas and materials, freedom to market with your own style, provides great hands on experience with physicians and accounts for future career opportunities- good stepping stone into the medical industry.
Cons – Many internal issues, upper management allows low performance with certain divisions, finds ways to raise quotas and not pay bonuses, unrealistic expectations
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your sales staff and customer needs.
