Current Employee – been working at MedRed
Pros – The company has a talented team, a good working environment. The mission of improving health care delivery and wounded warrior care is really motivating. The technology base is innovative and the customers are committed to the product. it is an engaging, creative, fun place to work.
Cons – As a small company, MedRed does not have the stable, established systems in place that you will find in a larger, more established company. You have to be flexible and willing to jump in and solve problems. MedRed will likely continue to experience change as the company grows. If you are looking for a laid back, 9-5 job with rigid parameters, this is not the company for you.
Advice to Senior Management – Amazing start. Finding and keeping a talented team will be the key to long term success. Systems and processes must be continuously maintained and upgraded as the company grows. Remember to keep up communication so employees can always anticipate, contribute and adapt.
