    Pros

pay is good, weekends off.most major holidays off

    Cons

no work life balance, shift bid sucks, doest work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

shift bids should be accurate...there is no way i should have to place abid for 165 shifts then get the worst shift avail..

I have been working at MedSolutions full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, No week-ends. Competitive pay.

    Cons

Not enough communication between departments. Scripted phone calls, Makes you feel like a human robot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The more scripted the calls, the less human feeling for customer satisfaction. Too much emphasis on 90% correct case decisions, not enough emphasis on customer service. Cutting calls too short and interrupting callers is rude. When I started working here, I loved the job, gotten more complicated over the years, a lot to remember for accuracy.

    Pros

Work at home option is good if your TL bases it on stats and does not use it as a minipulation tool

    Cons

Management and HR is a joke. The entire time you work there you hear if it isn't documented it never happened but come review time the management can make any statements they want to lower your raise and prove nothing Team Leaders discuss underlings reviews and personal information with friends and coworkers in and out of work. Imagine hearing your teamleader is collecting walking papers on you from your spouses coworker because yh as t person doesn't know your last name at your spouses holiday party. Some team leaders snd management thing that the employee pool is for them to try and date as many people as they can. I dont care to hear my managers opinion of my clothing choices when I am within dress code.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and realize MSI would not settle a law suit if they were doing the right thing. "I dont recall that" is a poor answer when an employee feels their rights hsve been violated, and there is no good excuse for documents to go missing from employee files.

I have been working at MedSolutions full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Can work from home, fast paced and interesting. Good benefits packages pretty consistently. Great financial plan and overall, great pay for clinical staff. Promotions have run the course over many years going originally from a "favorite" type of thing to a much more objective and balanced process, allowing a lot more promotions over the more recent years.

    Cons

Metrics are still part of the big scene, and it's a tough balancing act between quality and metrics. QA originally was very micro, but shifted to more evidence based.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to listen to your employees and be receptive to things that make the business better. It feels like the door may be closing on that, and it would truly be a shame to see that happen.

    Cons

It's challenging to keep up with the fast pace. The company is trying to build infrastructure in the midst of high growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
