“Great staff,disconnect between employees and administration”
Current Employee – been working at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Dedicated,competent staff and a nice, working environment.Schedules can be flexible. Small community hospital that was just bought by Medstar .
Cons – Nursing has no voice in changes,big disconnect between the administration and the workers.
Cafeteria closed on weekends for dinner to"better serve our patients and staff".
Advice to Senior Management – Start talking to your staff,or you'll loss them.
