    ProsDrawing a paycheck is better than unemployment. That's it.

    ConsLies, deceit, backstabbing, Finance, Human Resources, disgusting bathroom where 250 women share 4 bathroom stalls, no respect, policies that are enforced for some people, they outsource to India and lie about it, incompetent people who will never leave yet no one will fire them either, the building has mold, the insurance keeps going up because 80%of the employees are morbidly obese and everyone there smokes so claims are sky high - of course this affects premiums for the employees and not the Executives......horrible place to work

    ProsI got to work from home

    ConsThey never let me know when things changed with the data. I was out of the loop.
    THey sent my job to india. They made us indepent contractors, i Had to pay all my taxes and no benefits.

    Depending upon whom management is it can be a laid back environment or it can be management breathing down your neck.

    ProsPay to get you in the door is good.

    ConsEven with a good review merit increases are not good, promotions are not good. They force you to do more work but do not want to pay more. People do not treat other as a professional because there are too many hourly employees. Depending upon who your manager is determines how you are treated even if you are a hard working employee.

    company does not take care of employees as they should, raises if any do not meet cost of living

    ProsMost people "everyday worker bees" are extremely easy to get along with and easy to work with. Very considerate to managers with families by allowing the to take time off (without pay, vacation or make up time) for school functions etc. Lots of long time employees

    ConsDo more for the clients they service then the employees that work hard to keep those clients satisfied. To many managers, directors etc. High priority on sending jobs overseas when they can be offering them locally for the same pay to work with option to work from home as contractors instead of terminating employees they already have and still keep down overhead cost

    Advice to Senior Managementreward the ones that work hard for you its not always the ones that hear from all the time most of them are very low key you may not even know their names

    ProsI don't have many pros besides the schedule, and the advancement opportunities.

    ConsManagement isn't professional, they are just old reps with no proper training. Pay is low for the amount of work required, robotic like work makes it hard to have a since of pride about your job.

    Decent company

    ProsOK benefits and compensation. Free coffee. Men's bathroom is spotless.

    ConsHigh-school drama and gossip. Low morale. Parking sucks. Not tobacco-user friendly. Some of the worst employees are made supervisors because of the "circles" and "cliques". No loyalty to employees. Upper management is left blind and clueless by lower management. No structure in HR or other management positions. Women's bathroom is utterly disgusting. Building is rarely clean and has mold issues. Employees are a number not a name. High turn-over rate.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPay attention to your management. Some of the biggest troublemakers are your supervisors. Raise morale. Find someone else for HR that actually knows how to do HR.
