    Pros

A company is only as good as the people who do the work. I like coming to work each day because of all the people I get to work with.

    Cons

There has been a lot of turnover in management in the last few years in the company and a lot of cutbacks.

    Advice to Management

Take care of all the people that have put their time in with the company. They are your most valuable asset and the reason the company is still here.

    Pros

I worked with great people who wanted to make a big difference in the lives of other people. I really enjoyed knowing that what I was doing was helping someone else through a difficult time in their lives.

    Cons

There were some hard days when we had a patient that we were close to that passed away. There were some situations that were hard to deal with as well.

    Pros

I enjoyed the patient population; mostly elderly. Most of the office employees were awesome; the scheduler could have used some training.

    Cons

Horrible scheduling; Medicare recertification assessments assigned on pts you've never seen before with zero report given, Pts that were supposed to be scheduled were missed on a weekly basis, despite communication with management and scheduler. Hours of charting at home without pay. Planning your schedule the night before only to have it change multiple times the very next morning and then being told by management to be sure you call your pts the night before, "but its rude to call after 8pm." Being the Start of Care RN on the weekend and having 4-8 of them to do between Saturday and Sunday all by yourself and then to get office wide emails from the administrator saying, "keep up the good work, I know its stressful but it'll get better soon".......and then it never gets better.

    Advice to Management

    1. Hire a new scheduler that is trained properly and can keep up with the work load. 2. Have the proper number of clinical managers in the office to share the workload and stress evenly. 3. Someone needs to be in charge of ordering supplies; we cannot do our jobs without the proper supplies. 4. Discharging pts without 5 day notice and not assisting them in finding out pt therapy is abhorrent and completely unprofessional. 5. Administrators shouldn't talk about things in public office places that should be discussed behind closed doors, including gossiping about why employees left this awful company.

    Pros

Care deeply about the patients, always have. Some very good co-workers.

    Cons

Low pay. Bullying. Retaliatory company if you are a vocal nurse. Company did not act on my report of alleged abuse going on in a facility that is a referral source.Company devalues casual employees.

    Advice to Management

Value staff who speak up. You may learn something. Get rid of bullies. Act immediately on reports of abuse. Refrain from valuing business over protecting patients. Value your psych program. Invest in it.

    Pros

pay is good, if you currently live in the slums and don't have to drive there

    Cons

drive 90 minutes to see one patient for 15 minutes and 90 minutes back home

    Advice to Management

schedule one area one day, don't make me drive 150 miles in one day to see one patient, no matter how much you pay me for that 15 minutes its not worth my time
