    I have been working at MediaAgility full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    The core team, i.e. the CEO, directors and executive managers are very mature... At-least for the services and solutions division. They listen to what you have to say and try to solve most of your burning issues. The organization has a pretty flat structure so you can reach out to anyone from VP to CEO and they'll take you seriously. If you have a desire to grow, sky is the limit for you. The company is growing and you can grow with it. They do some wonderful stuff in Google Cloud Technology.

    Cons

    The infrastructure is an issue sometime. They have a big crowd at their Gurgaon office now but the office space is a little congested. They are working on a new floor plan and hopefully that'll be implemented soon and will give some relief on that front.

    Let's create a more comfortable office.

    I worked at MediaAgility full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    --Good to join in service department great projects, nice helping peoples and career growth opportunity is very much as its a good growing company.
    --Salary is never delayed.

    Cons

    If you are going to join the product division than please don't join there, moreover if joining as a research analyst.. I worked there for more than a year on a promise to shift me to technical department but it was a fake promise there internal promotion policies are never disclose and criteria is not clear. Management have idea to generate 1000 apps in approx 3 year of time , but their ideas are just depends on apps that include research kind of work. As a research analyst u wont get any chance to improve your skills.
    -- HR are just for name they are actually following the instruction of CEO etc without bothering about policies and all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    For
    HR- Stick on policies and make clear policies for moving people to technical department in product division.
    CEO- Product department should stop playing with people career by making fake promise.

    Good work culture and positive outlook of the company.
    Job security is very good.
    Long term onsite opportunities are good, though introduced many internal policies for senior people.
    Promotions are generally very gettable.

    Pros

    This review is only for services department of mediagility.
    1-Flexible working hours
    2-You will be paid if u use your own laptop and mobile phone for development.
    3-Work on google technologies so you will get chance to implement in your project.( google app engine)
    4- open culture. You can directly approach CEO.
    5- good pay hike to industry standards
    6- improving every quater and feedback is taken from employees every quater.
    7- managers are the coaches. You will feel home. I have not seen anyone shouting.
    8- compny is close to implement culture like google. So thank god its friday events every friday and sprint meeting and daily stand up meeting are done.
    9- proper training is been given at regular interval to employees at google banglore and gurgoan offices.
    10- paid softwares for your convience. Like:- banbooHR, Pivotal tracker, 7Gesses, Paybook, LucidChart, GoogleApps, mojoHelpDesk and many more.
    11- test driven development from unit testing to automation. Don't worry you will get enough time

    Sitting arrangment is not good

    Pros

    - There are a lot of learning oppurtinities in the latest technologies.
    - People are friendly, work environment is non-formal.

    Cons

    - Lack of perquisites in compensation package
    - Gurgaon office is cramped and uninspiring, lack of personal space needed to work with concentration.
    - Poor implementation of projects with a focus on quantity instead or quality.
    - Lot of politics and drama even when it comes to small tasks.
    - Some people hired are too obviously incapable, and it becomes a pain to work with them.
    - Too many freshers, lack of good mentors and managers.
    - Too many productivity tools and nobody using them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Hire some experienced personnel who can provide mentorship and guidance.
    - Select people based on quality, and not with a view to reduce costs.
    - Find a better office space in order to attract quality employees and improve productivity.
    - Reduce oppressive HR policies.
    - Abolish practices like time tracking (this is not a factory!) and instead judge performance on actual work.

    Pros

    Open culture demonstration is good with new age policies but no where near implementation. Everything is to talk about but none in place. If you are the one who likes to hear good things but dont really expect them.. well here is a place for you. Its more of a monarchy then organizational democracy.

    Cons

    -- They expect 10X with little training facilities or mentoring.
    -- Bombard more than what you can deliver.
    -- No credits for delivering good. (not even the good salary hikes)
    -- And if you do not deliver. You are at center stage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Talks are good once in a while better focus on the ones who mean to deliver.
    Culture -- Its ok.
    Perks -- ok ok nothing in comparison with what is expected of you.
    Time Off policies -- are at par with other organizations.

    Pros

    1. The company has a very flexible work hours policy. All employees can avail flexible work hours options, controlled work from home alternatives in times of family constraints. Leaves have never been denied to me in the past so many years.

    2. Transparency across the company has increased in the last year with open meetings, TGIFs, 7Geese and even leave tracking system BambooHR

    3. Annual awards was the highlight of the year

    4. The company has a no-firing policy. Employees have the freedom to walk upto the People Ops team and request a change in team / job role without fear. Many employees have been moved from one function to another by identifying their core strengths and even fast tracked to a high paced project if the employee does not feel that his full potential is harnessed.

    Cons

    - No formal appriasal process in place
    - Canteen and Infra is very poor
    - Not sure if this is a positive or a negative - but no formal promotional policies which is good in a way as promotions may purely be merit based and avoids hierarchical differences.

    Need to operate out of India.
