much communication between senior level and junior level employees

Great place to learn how internet marketing works. You get exposure to email campaigns, lead generation applications, and search engine optimization services. Recently partnered with SolutionSet to acquire large customers.
Cons
People are nothing more than software. Senior management is insensitive to employees' concerns and issues. They post a person's job, interview, and hire someone before they dismiss the employee. The majority of dismissals are typically philosophical in nature, not competence. Over the past two years, they have cut resources three times, yet all the while paying bonuses. This is a shark tank environment, where one minute you are your boss' friend, and the next they are eating you alive. There is very little ethics when it comes to employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Learn that profits are important, and yes, your venture capital expects payment, just remember you can't survive without employees. People are not software, they are human beings with families, bills and all else life has to offer.

If you perform in ROI driven organization you will be rewarded in the short term. Compensation can be high, if you like to keep on pounding the phone and continuously hunt for sales. The company is a recognize as a medium size company, can be a stepping stone for many.
Cons
Management is quite clueless on how you manage sales and relationship. It is a revolving door of people hiring and firing. You got to be able to handle the pressure to work with a gun pointing at you, cause that bullet will come as soon as you don't perform, regardless how you use to perform.
Advice to Senior Management
They need to seriously ask for help on how to service clients and potential clients from the people in the trenches. Some of their thinking is extremly short term, perhaps every one has a number to hit, but if you are sacrificing your future to hit your number today, is that worth it?
