    The other billers are intelligent, professional, and very willing to help each other.

    Cons

    The president of the company does not know or have any interest in learning the medical billing system.

    Advice to Management

    The president of the company needs to allow his staff to be his eyes and ears. He is constantly trying to manage the company but he doesn't know the first thing about billing.
