“Overall I thought it was a poor hospital and I was very dissatified with how they treat there emploees.”
Current Employee – been working at Medical Center Hospital (Odessa)
Pros – They are a fairly little hospital and able to treat patients quickly. They have a med- chopper that can take you to the nearest or better hospital available 24/7.
Cons – I dont believe they take care of there employees very well. They are quick to fire and replace you and do not listen to your constructive critism.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to listen to employees the ones that are doing most of the work rather than bosses.
