Pros – Good benefits. Gym, transit pass, snacks provided. Catered food provided at many meetings and bonuses given out for holidays and major milestones.

Cons – Startup environment with long hours at times. Would like to see some better communication about the state of company on a more regular basis.

Advice to Senior Management – Better communication to employees about the state of the company. Would like to see more meetings discussing where the company is headed.

Pros – Lots of smart people and some strong recent hires. Good culture and work/life balance. Solid benefits and a fun work environment. Well positioned for success if they execute on the strategy.

Cons – Because it's been around a while, Medio doesn't have all the urgency and singular focus of a new startup.

Pros – Great place to get mobile experience and see implementations across ecosystem. Great downtown Seattle location, and really smart people to work with. Good kitchen, free everything.

Cons – offices need an upgrade as they look like a quasi-attorney or perhaps a an public accounting firm's offices without the plush library.
