    Pros

    Good benefits, good bonus, good workspace. Flexible hours in development. Raise partially tied to your performance.

    Cons

    No flexibility in worksite, Raises leave much to be desired. Starting salary is very bad compared to the area. Raises only done on a yearly basis, and groups only have a certain amount to give out. Raises are NOT determined by your management group.

    Advice to Management

    Greatly increase the amount you pay your employees. Employee number has been dropping drastically since I've started, and a lot of the ones leaving have been at the 5+ year mark.

    Pros

    Great long-term career for someone straight out of college. Company provides you with a profit sharing trust and loads of benefits that increase the longer you stay with the company.

    Cons

    Salary. Company doesn't reward its hard working employees with raises and promotions. Instead, you get just enough of an annual increase to cover inflation. Many of our best employees leave the company for someone who will pay them what they're worth.

    Advice to Management

    In order to make money, you've got to spend money. Invest more in your employees and you'll get more talent and a better product which will then increase sales.

    Great co-workers that make a positive work environment

    Cons

    Micro-management from Supervisors
    Not much room for any growth in your career
    Same with raises - the same every year

    Pros

    Great for college grads to start their career or career changes looking to get back into the workforce. Small team structures so you don't get lost in a large company.

    Cons

    Slow career growth - they have a system and were sticking to it.

    Pros

    Great company to work for. Excellent benefits and flexible schedules for staff. Great PT opportunities for working families. Amazing CEO and phenomenal company profile.

    Cons

    Management team in the Accounting department can be very challenging. They have very high personal and professional demands and do not hesitate to let you know when you're not meeting them. Accounting department has less flexibility than other departments. Received multiple apologies when notifying other colleagues of who my manager was.

    Advice to Management

    Needs more equity among departments. Each department is allowed to create its own rules which creates inequity amongst the various types of employees.

    Job stability. It is nearly impossible to get fired. The only person I know that got fired was sending harassing emails to female coworkers.

    Cons

    The money is not that great. Just good enough to string you along.

    Advice to Management

    There is really nothing that the management can do about the low raises. The board of directors controls everything.

    Pros

    There are no layoffs. Meditech offers great benefits and a relaxed work environment. Coworkers are smart and down to earth.

    Cons

    Low pay and limited opportunity for growth. The job gets rather monotonous after 2 years.

    Advice to Management

    Increase out of work or group activities to help boost morale.

    Pros

    Great supervisor, great training, amazing experience and I learned a LOT.

    Cons

    Salary is extremely below market value, although in their defense they do hire entry level candidates.

    Advice to Management

    It's not the end of the world to think outside the box once in awhile.

    Company has a great Health & Dental benefits package. Flexible work schedule.

    Starting salaries and salary caps are far below the industry standard in Massachusetts.

    Great experience and resume builder. Friendly environment and large family like feel.

    Cons

    Extremely low pay for what the job involves compared to similar jobs.

    Advice to Management

    Manage workload differently, incentives the work to stop losing people after 2 years.
