Great opportunities for advancement - you own your career path and as long as transparency is kept with managers they will help you get the exposure and experiences to prove yourself - management cares about their team

    Pros

A great company to learn and hone your supply chain skills, lots of latitude to learn and for early in your career, great environment.

    Cons

Lack of direction and lack of planned career growth. Many positions are posted with the candidate already determined without due opportunity to apply for consideration, high turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The market is defiantly improving for skilled employees. To retain top employees, opportunities for development and growth must be provided and salaries need to be competitive.
