Pros – Weekly pay, fairly easy interview process, they call you after your placement to see how you are getting along, the receptionists are very busy but they are quite pleasant on the phone.
Cons – Very low pay, no temp to permanent placements, horrible insurance, they supply paycheck stubs very sporadically, they fail to visit the job site when they say they are going to.
Advice to Senior Management – Do what you say you are going to do, when you said you were going to do it.
