    Conshealthy work environment is not there, lack of facilities which makes employees irritated .. really poor in facilities for the site staff.

    Prosgood payment , good work environment , potential to do big projects, Strategic planning, Good scope for the emplyees who decide to work permanaetly.

    Conspatternof leave policy, no recreation, clebrations on week ends, No hoildays on week ends.

    Advice to Senior Managementadopt of the policy for for providing leave on (at least half day ) on saturdays. Celebrations should be made often. The salaries should be given with in 1st of every month.
