Pros – Decent pay for amount of work required, steady hours and 70% of the time it is a laid back atmosphere.
Cons – You are treated like crap by pretty much the entire hospital staff and the security supervisor is highly political. They are more interested in you keeping everybody happy than safe.
Advice to Senior Management – Let security be security and since they are level 3, let them be armed.

Pros – lots of good people who I worked with for years; hard working caring people
Cons – Memorial has gone thru a lot of changes..and the morale is really bad
Advice to Senior Management – They need to get it together..mainly for the public and patient care..and the good employees that try to impliment that..

Pros – Family oriented, professional staff, employee incentives and perks. Employers work with you on your schedule. Staff is friendly and easy to work with, good team players. Everyone loves what they are doing.
Cons – Pay isn't the best and the hospital is understaffed.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay needs to be more competitive with Nursing Homes, Home Health and State Employees. If you would do this, you would retain a happier staff with longevity.
