Current Employee – been working at Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Pros – Salary and Benefits are biggest cons. In my understanding they are better than in some similar insitutions in New York City.
Cons – My personal supervision is poor. How positive or negative your experience in any lab is is highly dependant on your Lab Head. My personal experience is mixed, while I see much better examples around me within the institute.
Advice to Senior Management – Some managers need additional training.

Pros – Great organization, top hospital and research. Employees really dedicated to cause.

Current Employee – been working at Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Pros – Benefits are nice. People are ok. They try to offer benefits for education etc. and give you an ok salary
Cons – May be they can think about being a little more competitive with the salaries. Its too big an institution for people to know whats going on and where. Information sharing is lacking
Advice to Senior Management – Try to get more information sharing opportunities going
