    Pros

Great benefits, depending on the department you work for, people work as a team and you get work done. They provide varying programs that look after both the employees and patients alike. They are very "big" on health and wellness. Depending on your job title, they have very flexible job schedules.

    Cons

Room for growth takes a long time, promotion comes if someone leaves or a new position is created. Some departments can be a bit top heavy.

    Advice to Management

Always remember to listen to your staff in the department. They are the ones who do most of the work that reflects how you manage, and how the entire department looks as a whole.

    Pros

Helping people was very satisfying. The nurses were truly angels. The benefit department had great people who were friendly and hard working.

    Cons

Staff was overworked and management was more concerned about their bonuses then the staff.

    Advice to Management

If things have not changed then upper management needs a reality check. They should all be replaced with managers who are not so one sighted and who actually care.

    Pros

very diverse culture, great compensation, flexible, offers continuous training, unlimited opportunity for growth, as long as you are highly proficient in your field you can thrive

    Cons

nepotism, high fast paced environment, unreasonable workload at times, - most importantly, depending on who your manager is, can make your job much more difficult to perform

    Advice to Management

those who slack should be held accountable and those who make positive changes should be rewarded in the workplace. Very important

    Pros

Great company and environment if healthcare is your passion. I started a few months after graduating college

    Cons

Very long hours, patients more likely to take their frustrations out on us

    Advice to Management

LISTEN TO THE STAFF. Just because we may be younger doesn't mean we don't have valid concerns
