Details
Pros
Good experience with a lot of very fun and cool people. I enjoyed my time there and it was a great place to be.
Cons
language barrier was tough to deal with and I wish that my chinese would have been better. The pay was also very low.
Advice to Senior Management
i think that they should get more english speakers in china, this will increase their global presence greatly. I would also suggest consolidation.
