Pros
Some highlights are its openness, flexibility, great working atmosphere, really good management, and a lot of chances of professional growth.
Cons
The downsides are maily related to its human resources policies, lack of clear incentives, lack of benefits towards the employee and not so good salaries.
Advice to Senior Management
My advice would be to invest more in human resources policies, including better compensation and benefits to employees. Establish clear career paths and better retention plans for employees.
