    Pros

Colleagues were very engaged and worked together well as teams. Great vehicle and workplace environment in suburban campus.

    Cons

Decision to move to Atlanta has destroyed the company. Resources and talent have all fled. New hires in ATL will replace good staff with "new" staff and pack them into sweat shop office space with half of the amenities and benefits of NJ. Former "customer 1" and "the best or nothing" are now "customer none" and "just nothing" as it relates to employees.

    Advice to Management

The best leaders communicate with their teams and build strength through trust. The current executive management team has lost all of it's former trust. it's time for serious changes at EM!

    Pros

Driving exotic and luxury cars everyday and getting paid to do so.

Great people to work with and sometimes for.

    Simplistic work requirements.

    Lots of breaks.

    Cons

Your title makes you the perceived as the slave or lower class employee, so your treated as such by management. The Larson's have a backward pay system and the pay is not competitive let alone worth the amount of work your expected to accomplish. While your job is essentially simplistic, complications arrive from a lack of teamwork and your punished or "coached" for lack of completion due to variables outside your control. Weekend shifts-particularly Sunday's- and all holidays, natural of the beast some would say but still excessive.
Difficult to work hard when literally everyone else is lounging or horse playing during downtimes and your giving obvious busy work.

    Advice to Management

    Pay properly.
Make realistic expectations of work and requirements (there is no written job discripition or explanation!).
Advance within and mentor new employees for long-term career associates.
