I have been working at Mercury Air Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I like working at Mercury Air Cargo because:
    - the job is secured
    - the management is nice and friendly
    - our customer service is excellent according to our customers
    - insurance and other benefits
    - friendly environment

    Cons

The reason I am considering changing my job is because there is very little room for growth in this company as people stay for ever. I have been a Lead for many years now and none of the supervisors are leaving for me to get promoted.

I worked at Mercury Air Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great coworkers and manager. I enjoyed facilitating that high-end travelers had a positive and enjoyable experience. Working here was a lot of fun.

    Cons

They were going through some organizational changes that made it sometimes hectic. They should have fired several employees who were not performing, which brought the morale of the whole company down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire those employees who aren't performing to adequate levels.
