    Pros

People work very well together, especially when busy.

    Cons

Management over works the staff for too long before they decide to finally hire more people.

    Advice to Management

Don't be so quick to get rid of your older staff, they are an excellent resource.

    Pros

They are a faith based hospital and offer great benefits.

    Cons

They are short staffed and sometimes have to close their outpatient facilities early or for the whole day because of not finding proper coverage.

    Advice to Management

Needs to be more explanatory on benefits, paperwork that's needs done, or yearly competencies/medical tests that need completed.

    Pros

The atmosphere is pleasant. The nursing leadership is pretty good. Continuing and furthering Education is strongly supported.

    Cons

The benefits are not as strong as at Aultman. Most of the long-term personnel in mangement are given special privelage. Many of the staff are resistant to change.

    Pros

    Good pay and great benefits

    Cons

They are downsizing many departments, such as mine. They have laid off people without any notice. It is just a big business, not a "caring hospital" as they promote.

    Advice to Management

Need to be a little kinder to employees. We sit in an office that is freezing because the boss' office is too hot for her.
