    Pros

The Staff at Mercy San Juan are very collaborative and supportive of each other. They are always willing to lend a hand to each other.

    Cons

Management does not always trust that the staff will do the job correctly and therefore, micromanagement for most changes to procces.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice is to the senior leadership. Take time to listen to the staff. Ask them to how things can be performed better.
