Meredith Corporation Reviews
-
Pros
Benefit Package. Outperforming peers in a difficult market
Cons
If you can afford a Nanny this is the place to work; if not.....keep looking if you want to attend those extracurricular activities your children are involved in.
Advice to Senior Management
Pay attention to those who actually do the work; without them the company would not exist! Would it really be so terrible to give up some of your bonus money and implement an all employee profit sharing program or all employee bonus program to reward the 'little' people?
