Current Employee – been working at MeridianLink
Pros – - The environment is very stable. Work-related interactions among employees are easy and follow specific protocols.
- The work hours are very consistent; the place follows a monthly development cycle. Employees work 8 hours a day, which is super rare for developer positions.
- The supervisors are very trusting. While employees are expected to do their work, there is no micromanagement or monitoring involved. Huge plus!
Cons – - The benefits are standard, but there is no 401k matching. The company is growing, so perhaps, in the future?
Advice to Senior Management – There is always room for improvements, but I like how things are currently handled. The nature of the company builds loyal employees (unlike my past work place). Keep up the good work!
