Pros
Former leader in technology but competitors are quick to catch up.
Good opportunities to move around within the organization.
Cons
Senior management not actively engaged with employees.
Industry moving off shore leading to decline in US opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Think more about people being your best asset and less about personal gain.

Great location, familial atmosphere, long history
Cons
PCB industry isn't staying in US, but Merix/Via has decent plan to stay viable
