Details
Pros
It's a firm with a lot of wellness programmes. They have specific people working on things such as diversity, work-life balance, etc. We also have networks for young professionals, LGBT, women, parents, etc which I don't see in other firms.
Cons
Hours can be terrible. The work can be dull at times, depending on which department you are in.
Advice to Senior Management
Allow more flexibility for staff to move across departments, depending on their interests and strengths. Devote more time in engaging staff.

Good pay and above average benefits
Cons
Work-life balance is bad. Busy work life and firm business always come first.
Advice to Senior Management
bad bad... business call for a bailout by BOA, look what's happening ..... thousands of jobs cut is at the pipeline.
